Morningstar DBRS Discontinues Credit Ratings on All Remaining Classes of Morgan Stanley Bank of America Merrill Lynch Trust 2014-C15
CMBSDBRS Limited (Morningstar DBRS) discontinued its credit ratings on Classes F, G, and H of the Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2014-C15 issued by issued by Morgan Stanley Bank of America Merrill Lynch Trust 2014-C15. These Classes were repaid with the May 17, 2024 remittance. Morningstar DBRS also discontinued and withdrew the credit rating on Class X-C, as the lowest-rated reference obligation for Class X-C has been repaid. These Classes were the last outstanding Morningstar DBRS-rated Classes outstanding. This credit rating action concludes Morningstar DBRS' surveillance of this transaction.

Class X-C is an interest-only (IO) certificate that references a single rated tranche or multiple rated tranches. The IO rating mirrors the lowest-rated applicable reference obligation tranche adjusted upward by one notch if senior in the waterfall. In the case of this credit rating action, both the IO class and the reference obligation have been Discontinued.
