Morningstar DBRS Discontinues Credit Rating on Alba 10 SPV S.r.l.

DBRS Ratings GmbH (Morningstar DBRS) discontinued its AAA (sf) credit rating on the Class C Notes issued by Alba 10 SPV S.r.l.

The discontinuation reflects the full repayment of the Class C Notes on the 29 April 2024 payment date. Prior to the repayment in full, the outstanding principal balance of the Class C Notes was EUR 20,213,205.00.

In Morningstar DBRS' opinion, a discontinued-repaid credit rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bonds have been repaid in full.

The sources of data and information used for this credit rating include the payment report provided by Banca Finanziaria Internazionale S.p.A.

Morningstar DBRS did not rely upon third-party due diligence in order to conduct its analysis.

At the time of the initial credit rating, Morningstar DBRS was supplied with third-party assessments. However, this did not affect the credit rating analysis.

Morningstar DBRS considers the data and information available to it for the purposes of providing this credit rating to be of satisfactory quality.

Morningstar DBRS does not audit or independently verify the data or information it receives in connection with the credit rating process.

The last credit rating action on this transaction took place on 27 July 2023, when Morningstar DBRS discontinued its AAA (sf) credit rating on the Class B Notes. Prior to that, on 15 June 2023, Morningstar DBRS confirmed its AAA (sf) credit rating on the Class B Notes and upgraded its credit rating on the Class C Notes to AAA (sf) from AA (high) (sf).
