Morningstar DBRS Discontinues Credit Ratings on Rural Hipotecario X, Fondo de Titulización de Activos
RMBSDBRS Ratings GmbH (Morningstar DBRS) discontinued its credit ratings on the Series A, Series B, and Series C Notes (collectively, the Rated Notes) issued by Rural Hipotecario X, Fondo de Titulización de Activos.
The discontinuations reflect the full repayment of the Rated Notes on the 26 February 2024 payment date. Prior to their repayment in full, the credit ratings and the outstanding principal balances of the Rated Notes were as follows:
-- Series A notes rated AAA (sf); EUR 281,630,281.92
-- Series B notes rated AA (sf); EUR 12,475,593.52
-- Series C notes rated A (high) (sf); EUR 17,783,960.08

The last credit rating action on this transaction took place on 26 May 2023, when Morningstar DBRS confirmed its credit rating on the Series A notes at AAA (sf) and upgraded its credit ratings on the Series B and Series C notes to AA (sf) and A (high) (sf), respectively, from A (high) (sf) and A (low) (sf), respectively.
