Morningstar DBRS Assigns Credit Rating of BBB (high) With a Stable Trend to Brookfield Renewable Partners ULC’s $400 Million Medium Term Notes
Utilities & Independent PowerDBRS Limited (Morningstar DBRS) assigned a credit rating of BBB (high) with a Stable trend to the $400 million 5.318% Medium Term Notes (MTNs) issued by Brookfield Renewable Partners ULC (BRPULC), due January 10, 2054. The MTNs are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Brookfield Renewable Partners L.P., Brookfield Renewable Energy L.P., Brookfield BRP Holdings (Canada) Inc., BRP Bermuda Holdings I Limited, Brookfield BRP Europe Holdings (Bermuda) Limited, and BEP Subco Inc.
The assigned credit rating is based upon the credit rating on an already-outstanding series of the above-mentioned debt instrument.
