Morningstar DBRS Assigns Rating of BBB with a Stable Trend to Keyera Corp.’s $250 Million Medium-Term Notes
EnergyDBRS Limited (Morningstar DBRS) assigned a rating of BBB with a Stable trend to the $250 million 5.663% Medium-Term Notes (the Notes) issued by Keyera Corp. (Keyera; rated BBB with a Stable trend by Morningstar DBRS). The Notes will mature on January 4, 2054.
The assigned rating is based upon the rating on an already-outstanding series of the above-mentioned debt instrument.
ENVIRONMENTAL, SOCIAL, AND GOVERNANCE CONSIDERATIONS
There were no Environmental/Social/Governance factors that had a significant or relevant effect on the credit analysis.
