DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Credit Ratings on All Remaining Classes of GS Mortgage Securities Trust 2013-GCJ16
CMBSDBRS Limited (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its credit ratings on Classes C, PEZ, D, F, X-C, and G of Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2013-GCJ16 issued by GS Mortgage Securities Trust 2013-GCJ16. These classes, with the exception of Class X-C, were repaid with the November 10, 2023, remittance. Since the lowest rated reference obligation for Class X-C has been repaid, the credit rating on Class X-C was withdrawn. This concludes DBRS Morningstar’s surveillance of this transaction.
