EnergyDBRS Limited (DBRS Morningstar) assigned credit ratings of BBB (low) to the following Subordinated Notes issued by Enbridge Inc. DBRS Morningstar also placed these credit ratings Under Review with Developing Implications:
-- The $750 Million 8.250% Fixed-to-Fixed Rate Subordinated Notes Series 2023-A due 2084
-- The $1,250 Million 8.500% Fixed-to-Fixed Rate Subordinated Notes Series 2023-B due 2084
The credit ratings assigned to these newly issued debt instruments are based on the credit rating on the already-outstanding series of the above-mentioned securities.
