Fusion Trust, Transaction 12 Summary and Clarity Trust, Transaction 2 Summary

DBRS Limited (DBRS Morningstar) released an updated Transaction Summary report that provides details on Transaction 12 of Fusion Trust and Transaction 2 of Clarity Trust. The collateral portfolio consists of (1) conventional residential mortgages, second-lien residential mortgages, and insured construction mortgages and (2) National Housing Act Mortgage-Backed Securities, respectively originated and issued by a large mortgage finance company operating in Canada. The update reflects the addition of second-lien residential mortgages and insured construction mortgages to the pool.
