DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Credit Rating on SAGRES - Sociedade de Titularização de Créditos, S.A. (Ulisses Finance No. 1)
AutoDBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its AAA (sf) credit rating on the Class C Notes issued by SAGRES - Sociedade de Titularização de Créditos, S.A. (Ulisses Finance No. 1).
The discontinuation reflects the full repayment of the Class C Notes on the 20 July 2023 payment date. Prior to their repayment in full, the outstanding principal balance of the Class C Notes was EUR 6,830,176.94.

The last credit rating action on this transaction took place on 11 August 2023, when DBRS Morningstar discontinued its AAA (sf) rating on the Class B Notes following its full repayment. Prior to that, on 2 May 2023, DBRS Morningstar confirmed its credit rating on the Class B Notes at AAA (sf) and upgraded its credit rating on the Class C Notes to AAA (sf) from AA (sf).
