DBRS Morningstar Confirms Its Ratings on Horizon Funding Trust 2019-1 and Horizon Funding Trust 2022-1
OtherDBRS, Inc. (DBRS Morningstar) confirmed the ratings on two securities issued by two Horizon Funding Trust transactions as follows:
-- Horizon Funding Trust 2019-1, Notes, rating confirmed at A (high) (sf)
-- Horizon Funding Trust 2022-1, Asset-Backed Notes, rating confirmed at A (sf)
The rating actions are based on the following analytical considerations:
-- The transaction assumptions consider DBRS Morningstar’s baseline macroeconomic scenarios for rated sovereign economies, available in its commentary “Baseline Macroeconomic Scenarios For Rated Sovereigns: June 2023 Update,” published on June 30, 2023. These baseline macroeconomic scenarios replace DBRS Morningstar’s moderate and adverse Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic scenarios, which were first published in April 2020.
-- Transactions capital structure and credit enhancement levels.
-- Credit enhancement consists of excess spread, overcollateralization, and the reserve account.
-- The credit quality of the collateral pool and performance to date. Both transactions have experienced minimum to zero defaults, and are within performance-related triggers.
-- The transaction parties’ capabilities with regard to origination, and servicing.
