Lyon, City of: Rating Report

DBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) confirmed the Long-Term Issuer Rating of the City of Lyon at AA (high) and the Short-Term Issuer Rating at R-1 (high). At the same time, DBRS Morningstar confirmed the AA (high) Rating of the EUR 500 million Euro Medium Term Note Programme (EMTN Programme) of the City of Lyon and the R-1 (high) Rating of its EUR 150 million Negotiable European Commercial Paper Programme (NEU CP Programme). The trend on all ratings remains Stable.
