On November 28, 2022, DBRS Morningstar upgraded the ratings of EQB Inc., including its Long-Term Issuer Rating, to BBB from BBB (low). At the same time, DBRS Morningstar upgraded the ratings of EQB Inc.’s primary operating subsidiary, Equitable Bank and Concentra, including their Long-Term Issuer Ratings, to BBB (high) from BBB. The trends on all ratings are now Stable.
