DBRS Morningstar Upgrades Rating on Remaining Class of COMM 2004-LNB2
CMBSDBRS Limited (DBRS Morningstar) upgraded its rating on the remaining class of Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-LNB2 issued by COMM 2004-LNB2 as follows:
-- Class K to AAA (sf) from BBB (sf)
The trend is Stable.
The underlying loan was fully defeased in September 2022, and the loan is now collateralized by U.S. Government Securities. As such, the upgrade to Class K is based on DBRS Morningstar’s AAA rating for the United States of America, which was most recently confirmed on October 12, 2022. According to the November 2022 remittance report, the loan reported a balance of $1.05 million and is scheduled to mature in April 2028.
