DBRS Morningstar Assigns Rating of BBB (high) to Brookfield Renewable Partners ULC’s CAD 400 Million Medium Term Notes
Utilities & Independent PowerDBRS Limited (DBRS Morningstar) assigned a rating of BBB (high) with a Stable trend to Brookfield Renewable Partners ULC’s CAD 400 million Medium Term Notes (MTNs). The MTNs are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Brookfield Renewable Partners L.P., Brookfield Renewable Energy L.P., Brookfield BRP Holdings (Canada) Inc., BRP Bermuda Holdings I Limited, Brookfield BRP Europe Holdings (Bermuda) Limited, Brookfield Renewable Investments Limited, and BEP Subco Inc.
The rating assigned to this newly issued debt instrument is based on the rating of an already-outstanding debt series of the above-mentioned debt instrument.
