DBRS Morningstar Assigns Rating of A (high) With a Stable Trend to CU Inc.’s Newly Issued Debentures
Utilities & Independent PowerDBRS Limited (DBRS Morningstar) assigned a rating of A (high) with a Stable trend to the $210 million Debentures (Unsecured) issued by CU Inc. The rating assigned to this newly issued debt instrument is based on the rating of an already-outstanding debt series of the above-mentioned debt instrument.
The net proceeds will be used for repayment of existing indebtedness, capital expenditures, and general corporate purposes.
