DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Ratings on Stratton Mortgage Funding 2019-1 plc
RMBSDBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its ratings on the Class A, Class B, Class C, Class D, and Class E notes (collectively, the Notes) issued by Stratton Mortgage Funding 2019-1 plc.
The discontinuations reflect the full repayment of the Notes on the 25 August 2022 payment date. Prior to their repayment in full, the ratings and the outstanding principal balances on the Notes were as follows:
-- Class A rated AAA (sf); GBP 215,571,087.19
-- Class B rated AA (high) (sf); GBP 12,260,000.00
-- Class C rated A (sf); GBP 15,325,000.00
-- Class D rated BBB (sf); GBP 15,325,000.00
-- Class E rated B (high) (sf); GBP 16,347,000.00
The transaction is a securitisation of first-lien owner-occupied and buy-to-let residential mortgages granted to borrowers in the UK. Please refer to https://www.dbrsmorningstar.com/issuers/23920 for more information.
