DBRS Morningstar Updates Transaction Summary 79 of Prime Trust, Merit Trust, Banner Trust, and Zeus Receivables Trust

DBRS Limited (DBRS Morningstar) released an updated Transaction Summary report providing details of Transaction 79 in Prime Trust, Merit Trust, Banner Trust, and Zeus Receivables Trust, which consists of a portfolio of fixed-rate monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual pay lease and loan contracts secured by primarily new small and mid-ticket equipment. The update reflects a change in the definition of an excess spread shortfall.

No Environmental, Social, or Governance (ESG) factors had a significant or relevant effect on the credit analysis.
