DBRS Limited (DBRS Morningstar) released an updated Transaction Summary report that provides details on Plaza Trust’s Series 1 Asset-Backed Commercial Paper Notes, Transaction 63, which is secured by a portfolio of conventional residential mortgages originated by a large mortgage finance company operating in Canada (the Seller). The update reflects certain amendments that have been made to the program documents to change it to a committed program and to no longer allow purchases of insured residential mortgages and National Housing Act mortgage-backed securities respectively originated and issued by the Seller.

There were no environmental, social, and governance factors that had a significant or relevant effect on the credit analysis.
