DBRS, Inc. (DBRS Morningstar) finalized its provisional ratings on OneMain Financial Issuance Trust 2022-S1 (OMFIT 2022-S1) as listed. The OMFIT 2022-S1 transaction represents the 18th securitization of a portfolio of nonprime and subprime personal loans originated through the OMFIT shelf. Additionally, this will be the second OneMain-sponsored transaction that will not have a backup servicer.
