DBRS Morningstar also confirmed the ratings on Brookfield Property Finance ULC’s Senior Unsecured Notes and Brookfield Office Properties Inc.’s Senior Unsecured Notes at BBB (low) and Brookfield Office Properties Inc.'s Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares, Class AAA at Pfd-3 (low).
