Ajax Mortgage Loan Trust 2022-A: Presale Report

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS Morningstar) assigned provisional ratings to be issued by Ajax Mortgage Loan Trust 2022-A, a securitization of a portfolio of seasoned performing, reperforming, and nonperforming first-lien residential mortgages funded by the issuance of mortgage-backed securities (the Notes). The Notes are backed by 811 loans with a total principal balance of $215,467,392 as of the Cut-Off Date (February 28, 2022).
