DBRS Morningstar Discontinues the Rating on the Class A Notes Issued by TIAA Churchill Middle Market CLO II Ltd. and TIAA Churchill Middle Market CLO II LLC
Structured CreditDBRS, Inc. (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its rating on the Class A Senior Secured Floating-Rate Notes (the Class A Notes) issued by TIAA Churchill Middle Market CLO II Ltd. and TIAA Churchill Middle Market CLO II LLC pursuant to the Indenture dated as of December 6, 2017, among TIAA Churchill Middle Market CLO II Ltd. as Issuer, TIAA Churchill Middle Market CLO II LLC as Co-Issuer, and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. (rated AA (high) with a Stable trend by DBRS Morningstar) as Trustee.
The discontinuation of the rating reflects the full repayment of the Class A Notes on the November 4, 2021, payment date.
Prior to the repayment, the rating and the outstanding principal balance of the Class A Notes were as follows:
-- The Class A Notes were AAA (sf) with an outstanding principal balance of $189,100.00.
