DBRS Morningstar Discontinues and Withdraws Provisional Ratings on Affirm Asset Securitization Trust 2022-A

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its provisional ratings on the Class A Notes, Class B Notes, Class C Notes, Class D Notes, and Class E Notes that were to be issued by Affirm Asset Securitization Trust 2022-A (Affirm 2022-A or the Issuer). DBRS Morningstar elected to withdraw the provisional ratings as this transaction is not expected to close in the immediate future.
