On December 17, 2021, DBRS Limited (DBRS Morningstar) confirmed the Issuer Rating of Integrated Team Solutions SCOC Partnership (ProjectCo) at A (low) with a Stable trend. DBRS Morningstar also confirmed ProjectCo’s Senior Long Term Bonds at A (low) with a Stable trend. ProjectCo is a special-purpose vehicle created to design, build, finance, and maintain the Phase One Civic Operations Centre (the Project) under a 27-year project agreement with the City of Saskatoon.
