DBRS, Inc. (DBRS Morningstar) assigned provisional ratings to Imperial Fund Mortgage Trust 2021-NQM4, a securitization of a portfolio of fixed rate prime and non-prime first-lien residential mortgages funded by the issuance of the Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2021-NQM4 (the Certificates). The Certificates are backed by 663 loans with a total principal balance of approximately $301,206,217 as of the Cut-Off Date (November 1, 2021).
