UPSPT 2021-ST7 represents the 23rd rated term asset-backed security transaction collateralized by unsecured consumer loans originated through the platform created by Upstart Network, Inc. and the thirteenth series of securities issued from the Upstart Pass-Through Trust. JUPS (an affiliate of Jefferies LLC and Jefferies Asset Funding LLC) has aggregated loans to be contributed to the Master Trust, which will issue the UPSPT Series 2021-ST7 Notes.
