(DBRS Morningstar) assigned provisional ratings to Flagstar Mortgage Trust 2021-6INV, a securitization of a portfolio of first-lien fixed-rate prime conventional investment property residential mortgages funded by the issuance of the Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2021-6INV (the Certificates). The Certificates are backed by 2,742 loans with a total principal balance of $739,992,764 as of the Cut-Off Date (July 1, 2021).
