DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Ratings on Tower Bridge Funding No. 2 PLC
RMBSDBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its ratings of the Class A, Class B, Class C, Class D, and Class E Notes (together, the Rated Notes) issued by Tower Bridge Funding No. 2 PLC.
The discontinuations reflect the full repayment of the Rated Notes on 21 June 2021. The ratings and remaining balances of the Rated Notes prior to their repayment in full were as follows:
-- Class A Notes at AAA (sf), GBP 140,355,233.06
-- Class B Notes at AA (high) (sf), GBP 17,600,000.00
-- Class C Notes at A (high) (sf), GBP 13,800,000.00
-- Class D Notes at A (sf), GBP 8,400,000.00
-- Class E Notes at BBB (sf), GBP 6,100,000.00

In DBRS Morningstar’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.

At the time of the initial ratings, DBRS Morningstar was not supplied with third-party assessments. However, this did not impact the rating analysis.

The last rating action on this transaction took place on 22 April 2021, when DBRS Morningstar confirmed its ratings of the Class A Notes at AAA (sf), Class B Notes at AA (high) (sf), Class C Notes at A (high) (sf), and Class E Notes at BBB (sf), and upgraded its rating of the Class D Notes to A (sf) from A (low) (sf).
