GoodGreen Trust 2021-1: Presale Report

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS Morningstar) assigned provisional ratings to the notes to be issued by GoodGreen Trust 2021-1 (the Transaction). The Transaction represents the first securitization completed by Ygrene Energy Fund Inc. (Ygrene) in 2021 and the 10th overall from Ygrene’s GoodGreen platform since 2015. The notes are expected to receive a Green Bond rating based on the Green Bond Principles published by the International Capital Market Association and Sustainalytics is expected to provide a second party opinion to this effect.
