DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Rating on Series A Notes of IM BCC Cajamar PYME 2, FT

DBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its AA (high) (sf) rating on the Series A Notes issued by IM BCC Cajamar PYME 2, FT.

The discontinuation reflects the full repayment of the Series A Notes on the 22 March 2021 payment date. Prior to their repayment, the outstanding principal of the Series A Notes was EUR 1,753,472.00.

DBRS Morningstar continues to rate the transaction’s Series B Notes at CC (sf). Please refer to https://www.dbrsmorningstar.com/issuers/23124 for more information.

In DBRS Morningstar’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.
