DBRS Morningstar Publishes Updated Methodology for North American CMBS Surveillance

DBRS Morningstar published an updated version of its North American CMBS Surveillance Methodology (the Methodology).

DBRS Morningstar has conducted a periodic review of the Methodology. The update is limited to clarifying changes and the removal of duplicative sections that may be resident or better aligned in other related methodologies. This update supersedes the previous version published on March 6, 2020, and is effective as of March 26, 2021. DBRS Morningstar deems the update not to be material and has determined that no ratings are expected to change as a result of this update.
