(DBRS Morningstar) finalized its provisional ratings of AAA (sf) on the Class A Notes and BBB (sf) on the Class B Notes (Class B Notes; together with the Class A Notes, the Notes) issued by HERO Funding 2021-1 (the Transaction). The Transaction represents the 15th overall Rule 144A securitization completed for the Home Energy Renovation Opportunity (HERO) platform since 2014.
