On 24 February 2021, DBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) assigned ratings to the residential mortgage-backed floating-rate notes issued by Phoenix Funding 7 Designated Activity Company, a bankruptcy-remote special purpose vehicle incorporated in the Republic of Ireland. The proceeds of the notes and the Class Z loan funded the purchase of prime and performing residential mortgage loans secured by properties in Ireland.
