Dutch Property Finance 2021-1 B.V.: Presale Report

DBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) assigned provisional ratings of AAA (sf) to the Class A notes, AA (sf) to the Class B notes, A (sf) to the Class C notes and BBB (sf) to the Class D notes to be issued by Dutch Property Finance 2021-1 B.V. The issued notes will be used to fund the purchase of mortgage receivables secured by buy-to-let residential, mixed-use, and commercial real estate properties in the Netherlands.
