Dilosk RMBS No. 4 DAC: Presale Report

DBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) assigned provisional ratings to the residential mortgage-backed floating-rate notes to be issued by Dilosk RMBS No. 4 DAC., a bankruptcy-remote special-purpose vehicle incorporated in the Republic of Ireland. The proceeds of the notes will be used to fund the purchase of prime and performing buy-to-let and owner-occupied mortgage loans secured by properties in Ireland.
