Kentucky Higher Education Student Loan Corporation Series 2020-1: Rating Report

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS Morningstar) finalized its provisional ratings to the Kentucky Higher Education Student Loan Corporation 2020-1 (KHESLC 2020-1) Series A-1A Notes, Series A-1B Notes (collectively, the Class A Notes), and Series B Notes (together with the Class A Notes, the Notes). A portion of proceeds from the sale of the Notes will be applied to redeem the notes issued pursuant to the issuer’s 2010, 2013-1, and 2013-2 indentures. The DBRS Morningstar ratings address the timely payment of interest and the full payment of principal in accordance with the terms and conditions of the KHESLC 2020-1 transaction documents.
