(DBRS Morningstar) assigned a provisional rating to Freddie Mac Seasoned Credit Risk Transfer Trust, Series 2020-3, a securitization of a portfolio of seasoned reperforming first-lien residential mortgages funded by the issuance of asset-backed certificates (the Certificates). The Certificates are backed by 11,786 loans with a total principal balance of $1,737,791,771 as of the Cut-Off Date.
