(DBRS Morningstar) assigned provisional ratings to Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust 2020-RP1 (CMLTI 2020-RP1 or the Trust), a securitization of a portfolio of seasoned performing and re-performing first-lien residential mortgages funded by the issuance of mortgage-backed notes (the Notes). The Notes are backed by 2,388 loans with a total principal balance1 of $537,797,652 as of the Cut-Off Date (August 31, 2020).
