DBRS, Inc. (DBRS Morningstar) finalized its provisional ratings on Regional Management Issuance Trust 2020-1 (RMIT 2020-1 or the Issuer). The RMIT 2020-1 transaction represents the fourth term securitization of a portfolio of nonprime consumer loans originated through Regional Management Corp.’s (Regional or the Company) branch network. RMIT 2020-1 is collateralized by receivables originated under Regional’s large loan program.
