DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Ratings on Golden Bar (Securitisation) S.r.l. - Series 2015-1
Consumer Loans & Credit CardsDBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its ratings on the Class A and Class B notes issued by Golden Bar (Securitisation) S.r.l. - Series 2015-1.
The discontinuations reflect the full payment of the Class A and Class B notes on 20 July 2020. Prior to the repayment, the Class A Notes were rated AA (high) (sf) with an outstanding principal balance of EUR 130,696,191.30. The Class B Notes were rated AA (sf) with an outstanding principal balance of EUR 65,000,000.00.

In DBRS Morningstar’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.
