DBRS, Inc. (DBRS Morningstar) assigned provisional ratings to CIM Trust 2020-J1 (CIM 2020-J1 or the Trust), a securitization of a portfolio of first-lien, fixed-rate, prime residential mortgages funded by the issuance of the Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2020-J1 (the Certificates). The Certificates are backed by 494 loans with a total principal balance of $361,766,034 as of the Cut-Off Date (July 1, 2020).
