GoodGreen Trust 2020-1: Presale Report

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS Morningstar) assigned provisional ratings of AAA (sf) to the Class A Notes, AA (sf) to the Class B Notes and BBB (sf) to the Class C Notes (collectively, the Notes) to be issued by GoodGreen Trust 2020-1 (the Issuer or the Transaction). The Transaction represents the first securitization completed by Ygrene Energy Fund Inc. (Ygrene or the Company) in 2020 and the ninth overall from Ygene’s “GoodGreen” platform since 2015. The Notes are expected to receive a Green Bond rating based on the Green Bond Principles published by the International Capital Market Association.
