DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Rating on Class A Notes Issued by Silk Finance No. 4
Consumer Loans & Credit CardsDBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its AA (sf) rating on the Class A Asset-Backed Fixed Rate Securitisation Notes (the Notes) issued by Silk Finance No. 4.
The discontinuation reflects the payment in full of the Notes on the 25 June 2020 payment date, following the exercise of the early redemption option by the sole noteholder. The remaining balance of the Notes before the payment in full was EUR 282,475,792.59.
Notes:
All figures are in euros unless otherwise noted.
The principal methodology applicable to the rating is: “Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology” (22 April 2020).
In DBRS Morningstar’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.
Other methodologies referenced in this transaction are listed at the end of this press release.

DBRS Morningstar does not audit or independently verify the data or information it receives in connection with the rating process.
