DBRS Morningstar, Inc. (DBRS Morningstar) assigned provisional ratings to the FREED ABS Trust 2020-2CP (FREED 2020-2CP) Class A Notes, Class B Notes, and Class C Notes (together, the Notes). FREED 2020-2CP represents the sixth rated term asset-backed security (ABS) transaction sponsored by Series B, a series of Freedom Consumer Credit Fund, LLC (Series B), an affiliate of Freedom Financial Asset Management, LLC (FFAM or Managing Member) and collateralized by unsecured consumer loans.
