DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Ratings on Claris RMBS 2016 S.r.l
RMBSDBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its AAA (sf) and A (high) (sf) ratings on the Class A Notes and Class B Notes, respectively, issued by Claris RMBS 2016 S.r.l.
The discontinuations reflect the full repayment of the notes on the 27 April 2020 payment date. The remaining balances of the Class A Notes and Class B Notes prior to their full redemption were EUR 491,625,354.56 and EUR 116,100,000.00, respectively.

In DBRS Morningstar’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.
