DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Provisional Rating of Pillar Finance Designated Activity Company
Nonperforming LoansDBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued and withdrew its BB (low) (sf) provisional rating of the EUR 1,044,000,000 Class A Notes issued by Pillar Finance Designated Activity Company (the Issuer) at the request of the Issuer.

The sources of data and information used for the initial rating include the pool data tape and related stratification tables as of December 2019, historical performance repossession data from 2000 to 2018 (date special servicing commenced), information on privileges from Teiresias, and a business plan. Eurobank Ergasias S.A. and Eurobank Financial Planning Services S.A. provided the data and information used for the initial rating.
DBRS Morningstar did not rely upon third-party due diligence in order to conduct its analysis.
At the time of the initial rating, DBRS Morningstar was supplied with third-party assessments. However, this did not impact the rating analysis.
DBRS Morningstar considers the data and information available to it for the purposes of providing the rating to be of satisfactory quality.
DBRS Morningstar does not audit or independently verify the data or information it receives in connection with the rating process.
The last rating action on this transaction took place on 30 May 2019 when DBRS Morningstar assigned a provisional rating to the Class A Notes at BB (low) (sf).
