DBRS, Inc. (DBRS Morningstar) assigned provisional ratings to New Residential Mortgage Loan Trust 2020-1 (NRMLT 2020-1 or the Trust), a securitization of a seasoned portfolio of performing and re-performing first-lien residential mortgages funded by the issuance of mortgage-backed notes (the Notes). The Notes are backed by 5,910 loans with a total principal balance of $523,210,632 as of the Cut-Off Date (December 1, 2019).
