DBRS, Inc. (DBRS Morningstar) finalized its provisional ratings on J.P. Morgan Mortgage Trust 2019-INV3 (JPMMT 2019- INV3), a securitization of a portfolio of first-lien, fixed-rate investment-property residential mortgages funded by the issuance of the Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2019-INV3 (the Certificates). The Certificates are backed by 1,049 loans with a total principal balance of $388,315,530 as of the Cut-Off Date (December 1, 2019).
