DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Ratings of Deco 2014 – Gondola S.R.L.
CMBSDBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its outstanding ratings on the Commercial Mortgage-Backed Floating-Rate Notes Due February 2026 issued by Deco 2014 - Gondola S.R.L. as they were fully repaid. This concludes DBRS Morningstar’s surveillance of this transaction.
Notes:
All figures are in euros unless otherwise noted.
The principal methodology applicable to the ratings is: “European CMBS Rating and Surveillance Methodology.”
A review of the transaction legal documents was not conducted as the legal documents have remained unchanged since the most recent rating action.
In DBRS Morningstar’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.
