DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Ratings of Adagio CLO VIII D.A.C.
Structured CreditDBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its ratings on the Senior Funding Facility (SFF) and the Mezzanine Funding Facility (MFF; together with the SFF, the Facilities) of Adagio CLO VIII D.A.C. (the Borrower).
The discontinuations reflect the full payment of interest and principal due to the lender of the Facilities on 7 November 2019.The ratings for the Facilities, before the payment in full, were A (low) (sf) for the SFF and BBB (low) (sf) for the MFF.

The principal methodology applicable to the ratings is: “Rating CLOs and CDOs of Large Corporate Credit”.
In DBRS Morningstar’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.
